A new moveable goal post has been purchased by the Parish Council with money received from the Community Infrastructure Levy. The goal post is situated in the leisure field in Burneston and is being enjoyed by the young people in the Parish.
Three picnic benches have been purchased by the Parish Council for the allotments and leisure field. Bedale Villages Forum assisted with funding for this project.
With the assistance of North Yorkshire Council's Locality Budget and funding from the Community Infrastructure Levy the Parish Council has purchased two Visual Display Units .One is sited in Church Wynd and the other is in Bedale Road. The signs not only warn drivers to drive within the speed limit but also collects vital data on the number of cars being driven through the village and the speed of each car.
